In the personal assessment I scored myself at a 6. How I view myself now is a 7. I have made some progress but a lot of growing still left to do. My score changed because I focus more on execution skills. I know how I feel and view issues. I know what I should do and I am controlled in my approach and decision making.
My goals and activities that I set for myself are decrease weight and increase physical ability, spiritually to get closer to God by spending more time with him, psychologically live a more intentional life, organized with no distractions.
I have made progress. I have gone from just having my own exercise routine to leading others in exercise. My physical ability has increased. I have come closer to God because I take more time for myself which gives me more time to spend with God. I am more intentional. I make a plan to accomplish goals and I focus on that plan.
My experience through the course has caused me to view people and life differently. It has been rewarding that through this course I have gained more knowledge and this knowledge will help me to help others. The difficult part for me was staying on track through my husbands injury. His health took precedence over everything else at the time. When life attacks or takes you by surprise, sometimes your goals can be delayed but certainly not denied.
